- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

**Damage on Shipped Items:**

- If you receive a damaged item that was shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process your exchange. Once verified, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

**Exclusions:**

- Please note that certain items, including clearance items, personalized items, and intimate apparel, are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
