In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Customers who purchase items in-store may return items within **7 days** of the purchase date for a **full refund**.
If the 7-day window is missed, you can still exchange the item for store credit or a different item **within 14 days** of purchase.
After 14 days, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
Customers who purchase items online have **14 days** from the date the item was received to request a **full refund** or an **exchange**.
To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Damage on Shipped Items:
If you receive a damaged item that was shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process your exchange. Once verified, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain items, including clearance items, personalized items, and intimate apparel, are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
