In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Customers who purchase items in-store may return items within **7 days** of the purchase date for a **full refund**.  
If the 7-day window is missed, you can still exchange the item for store credit or a different item **within 14 days** of purchase.  
After 14 days, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Online Return & Exchange Policy
To allow additional time for shipping, customers who purchase items online have **14 days** from the date the item was received to request a **full refund** or an **exchange**.  
To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.  
After 14 days from receipt, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
