Refund policy
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases and in-store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.
ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM IS A FINAL SALE *Which means no returns*
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We do not offer exchanges.
*If you are wanting to return shoes, they must be in the original box*
Christmas returns must be mailed back to us 7 days after Christmas, again FINAL SALE items are FINAL.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges Only
No Refunds. 7 day Return Policy. After 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be unused, with tags, and in the same condition that you received or in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
